Our commitments
How PIFFLORD will run paid services.
- Any service touching personal credit will follow the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and New York General Business Law Article 28-BB.
- A written contract and the required consumer rights disclosure before any work begins, with a three-business-day right to cancel.
- No payment collected for credit repair services before those services are fully performed.
- No promised score increases, deletions, approvals, funding amounts or timelines. Ever.
- You can dispute inaccurate information yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, for free. We will show you how.
