PIFFLORD LLC is a New York City company founded by Naquon Smith. We teach individuals and business owners how credit reporting, business credit and lending decisions actually work, so they can make informed decisions with their own files.
Our standards
What we always do.
- Cite the rule. When we state a legal requirement, we name the section: FCRA § 611, FDCPA § 809, Regulation Z, NY LLC Law § 206.
- Show the math with real numbers, including the scenarios where a product costs you money.
- Tell you where to confirm it: the statute, the agency, the lender's own terms.
- Send you to a licensed attorney or CPA when the question needs one.
And what we never do
No shortcuts that do not exist.
- Promise score increases, deletions, approvals, funding amounts or timelines.
- Sell "24-hour removals" or letters that cite rules that do not say what the letter claims.
- Publish static vendor lists. We teach you to audit each vendor yourself.
- Teach manufactured spend or routing card payments through your own processor.
