No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee, and nothing we publish should be read to suggest, that any item will be removed from a credit report, that any score will change by any amount, that any application will be approved, or that you will obtain any amount of credit or funding. Credit bureaus, furnishers, banks and lenders make their own decisions under their own procedures.

Your rights

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with a consumer reporting agency at no cost. You do not need to hire anyone to do this. Accurate, timely information generally cannot be removed from a credit report before the reporting period allowed by law.

Credit repair services

PIFFLORD LLC does not currently sell credit repair services. If we offer them in the future, they will follow the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and New York General Business Law Article 28-BB, including a written contract, the required disclosures, a three-business-day right to cancel, and no payment before services are fully performed.
