PIFFLORD LLC ("PIFFLORD," "we," "us") is a New York limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through pifflord.com, our forms and our digital products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the answers you enter in our forms (for example, the free guide request form, the coaching waitlist and discovery call booking). When you buy a digital product, our payment processor collects your payment details; we receive your name, email, billing country or postal code and order details, but never your full card number.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and referring links, collected by our website host and link-management tools.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, account numbers, credit report copies or other sensitive financial identifiers through our website or forms.

How we use information

• To deliver the guides and products you request or purchase.
• To send educational emails you signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
• To keep business and tax records and to prevent fraud.
• To understand which content is useful so we can improve it.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the business, and they process information on our behalf: Webflow (website hosting), Tally (forms), HubSpot (contact management), Google Workspace (email and file delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Zapier (automation between these tools), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting) and Bitly (links). Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep contact and order records for as long as needed to provide our products and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact record at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing admin@pifflord.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we collect only what we need.

Children

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
