No guaranteed results

We do not promise or guarantee any change to a credit score, the removal of any item from a credit report, any credit or account approval, or any funding amount or timeline. Outcomes depend on your own files, the accuracy of the information in them, and decisions made by third parties.

Digital products and license

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, republish or distribute the files or their contents.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. If you do not receive your file, check your spam folder and then contact admin@pifflord.com.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, sales are final. If a file is defective or was never delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Intellectual property

The PIFFLORD LLC name, logo, and all site and product content are owned by PIFFLORD LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites, including government agencies and consumer reporting agencies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIFFLORD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
