Coaching Terms
For Business Credit Coaching and Funding Strategy Sessions.
These terms apply when you buy Business Credit Coaching (Establish + Build, 90 days) or a Funding Strategy Session from PIFFLORD LLC, doing business as PL Credit Lab ("PL Credit Lab," "we"). You accept them on the onboarding form. Our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer also apply.
1. What you're buying
Business Credit Coaching: six 45-minute coaching sessions by video, about every two weeks over 90 days, plus email questions answered within one business day, the Establish and Build workbooks, the Client Toolkit, and a written 90-day hand-off plan. Funding Strategy Session: one 60-minute coaching session by video and a written Funding Plan delivered within two business days.
2. Done with you
We teach, review your work and prepare plans with you. You make every filing, application, payment and decision yourself. We do not submit applications, contact lenders, vendors or credit bureaus for you, arrange or broker any loan, or act as your attorney, accountant or financial adviser. When a question needs a lawyer or CPA, we help you organize it and refer you.
3. Business credit, not personal credit repair
These services are about your business and about understanding credit offers. They do not include work to improve your personal credit reports. That work is offered only under a separate written agreement, with the disclosures and cancellation rights required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and New York General Business Law Article 28-BB.
4. No guarantees
No approval, credit limit, interest rate, score, funding amount or timeline is promised or implied. Lenders, vendors and bureaus make their own decisions. Any examples we share are illustrations, not predictions.
5. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, keep your own copies of documents, and submit only true statements to any lender, vendor or agency. We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or full account numbers, and you should not send them to us.
6. Price and payment
Business Credit Coaching is $997, paid in full at checkout or in three payments of $349 invoiced at enrollment, day 30 and day 60. A Funding Strategy Session is a flat $297, paid at checkout. We never charge a percentage of any credit or funding you obtain.
7. Scheduling
You book sessions through the link we send after enrollment. You may reschedule a session once with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without 24 hours' notice counts as delivered. Business Credit Coaching sessions should be used within 120 days of enrollment.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Business Credit Coaching: full refund if you cancel before your first session. After that, sessions not yet held are refunded at $166 each, or the remaining installments are canceled. Funding Strategy Session: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. To cancel, email admin@pifflord.com.
9. Recording and privacy
We record a session only if everyone on the call agrees. Notes are kept in our private client system and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
